Because of the personal nature of cosmetics, skincare, and beauty items, we have established a clear and transparent return, exchange, and refund policy to satisfy international payment processing standards (including Visa and Mastercard guidelines).

1. Return & Exchange Window

We accept requests for returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all safety seals intact.

• Due to hygiene and health protection regulations, opened, tested, or used cosmetic products cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrived defective or damaged.

2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered:

• Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at info@lalacosmetics.store with your order number and clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.

• Upon inspection and approval, we will process a replacement or a full refund at no additional shipping cost to you.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

• Opened, swatched, or used cosmetics and skincare products

• Gift cards

• Items marked as "Final Sale" or promotional clearance items

4. Refund Process & Timelines

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you via email regarding the approval status of your refund.

• Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment (Visa or Mastercard).

• Processing Time: Funds typically reflect on your card statement within 5 to 14 business days, depending on your issuing bank.

• Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect shipment from our side.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled prior to dispatch. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled; however, you may initiate a return within our 14-day window after receiving the package, provided it remains unopened and sealed.
